- Booking details — the service, date, and time you reserve, along with the contact information above.
- Technical information — your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and bot protection. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to quote requests and questions.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
- Keep records needed for warranty and service history.
- Protect the site from abuse.
Service providers we use
A few trusted services help us operate this site. They only process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — stores quote requests and bookings.
- Resend — sends confirmation and notification emails.
- Google Calendar — holds our appointment schedule.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — blocks spam and bots on our forms.
- Upstash — provides rate limiting for our forms.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and booking records are kept as long as needed to service your job and support the warranty that comes with it. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
Your choices
